We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. You must contact us at hypoair.com/RMA to request approval within 30 days of purchase in order to qualify.  

Failure to follow the instructions in your RMA form (and include a copy of it in your shipment) may result in the loss of your package and loss of your chance at a refund.  Do NOT send back a product with missing components, without appropriate packaging or without an approved RMA form. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the unit to HypoAir.  Only the cost of the product returned is elgible for refund.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Exchanges and store credits are availalbe in most cases upon request as well. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
