WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
For more information please refer to our Terms.All orders are processed via Shipstation. Once your order is received, you should receive multiple email updates from Shipstation with your tracking number and other information.
Please check your spam if you do not receive these or simple contactsupport@hypoair.comwith questions or for help looking up this information.
You are ultimately responsible for providing us an accurate and safe location for delivery of your order. We will do our best to check for errors but we can not be responsible for theft, failed delivery, or lost shipments. We also can not guarantee delivery dates as these are outside our control.
We will make every effort to process your order the same or next business day, and even offer expedited shipping options (at quoted prices) but we can not guarantee delivery by any certain date.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
- Russia
- Mexico
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.For information about customs process:

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Some orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or may require us to charge more.Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.If you would like to inquire about expedited shipping options, please

We will do everything we can to work with you on these requests and provide the most economical options. However, you accept all risk associted with potential delays or missed deliveries. Even if we ship Next Day, they carrier may not always make it in time.Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
From time to time we may request additional information from you to verify your identity if we suspect fraud. Especially with shipments to forwarding addresses
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If we are unable to ship your order in a timely manner we will provide you with information and options to either cancel or delay your shipment. If your order has been shipped, and is delayed in being received by you due to circumstances outside our control (weather, COVID, UPS/USPS/FedEx mistakes) we will work with you to provide updates and access to information and options from the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
The buyer is responsible to pay any and all local duties and taxes. It is difficult for us to provide any estimates regarding the local duties and taxes, if any.
Failure to pay these duties will result in loss of the shipping paid. We will refund the unit cost only, not the shipping paid in those scenarios. If you opt to reship your order via another shipping method, additional shipping fees may apply.
