• Domestic Shipping: Orders typically ship via FedEx 2-Day to physical addresses. For PO Boxes, we use Priority Mail.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and only ship Monday through Friday.
• International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary by country and order composition. Additional duties or taxes may apply, for which you are responsible.
• Tracking Updates: You’ll receive tracking information via email through Shipstation once your order is processed. If you don’t see these updates, please check your spam folder or contact support@hypoair.com.
• Expedited Shipping: Contact us at support@hypoair.com for expedited shipping options. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific dates as delays are outside our control.
• Shipping Address Accuracy: Please provide an accurate and safe delivery location. We are not responsible for theft, failed deliveries, or lost shipments.
